“For me, working with our clients at the BPO Beratergruppe has always meant an approach which focuses on feasible solutions and practical implementation and that makes efficient use of resources. In my work I adopt a holistic view of consulting, qualifications and transfer support, but I also always maintain a focus on real business conditions.
As a consultant, I aim to always remain connected both to the specific circumstances of each individual corporation and to the people who work there. Even after many years working as a coach and as a facilitator, in every new project I still look forward to providing others with new perspectives.
