Helge Johannes Baudis has a degree in psychology and is a qualified systemic consultant. He has been working freelance as a personnel and organizational developer since 1990. He is a founding member of the BPO Beratergruppe. His areas of specialization include the automotive industry, IT, mechanical engineering, hospitals, municipalities, architecture/construction and the self-employed. Born in 1954, he is married, has three adult daughters and lives in Rottenburg am Neckar.
