Beate Säuberlich, was born in 1954, has a degree in pedagogy and is a qualified systemic consultant and coach. She is a founding member of the BPO Beratergruppe. She has many years’ experience in training, management consulting, and advising employees and freelance workers in various fields. She lives in Stuttgart, is married and has one son.

“I see myself as a consultant interfacing in interesting ways between people and organizations in both business and psychological matters.
In my work I create room for reflection in business contexts. My goal is to open up new perspectives and to encourage action and ideas, thus paving the way to entirely new solutions.
I am particularly interested in accompanying individuals and organizations during periods of transition. It motivates me personally to help others to identify, grow and shape who they are and what they can become.
Most importantly, I value both depth of commitment and humour in the workplace, and I believe that change can come easily!”
